Beyonce Buys Full Ownership Of SirDavis Whisky

Beyonce is no longer sharing. The global icon has officially purchased full ownership of her SirDavis whisky brand after buying out Moet Hennessy's stake in the company.

From Partnership To Full Ownership

SirDavis launched as a partnership between Beyonce and the luxury spirits conglomerate, giving the brand instant credibility in the premium spirits market. But according to reports, Beyonce decided she wanted the whole bottle.

The buyout means she now has complete creative and financial control over the brand's direction, marketing, and distribution. No partners, no board approvals, no shared profits.

The Business Move

This follows a pattern of Beyonce consolidating ownership of her brands and ventures. From Ivy Park to her music catalog decisions, she has consistently moved toward total independence.

SirDavis, named after her great-grandfather Davis who was a moonshine maker during Prohibition, has been positioned as a super-premium American whisky competing in the luxury spirits category.

What This Signals

For a Black woman to buy out one of the world's largest luxury conglomerates from a spirits deal is unprecedented. It sends a clear message about building equity rather than accepting endorsement deals.

The brand is expected to continue its growth trajectory now under Beyonce's sole ownership.
