Tupac Estate Accuses Daz Dillinger of Stealing Archive Worth Over $1 Million

The estate of Tupac Shakur has accused Daz Dillinger of stealing an archive of unreleased material worth more than $1 million, according to exclusive reporting from AllHipHop.

The accusations center around master recordings, personal notebooks, and other materials from the legendary rappers catalog that Daz allegedly took possession of without authorization. The estate claims these items belong to Tupacs family and have significant historical and financial value.

What Is In the Archive

Sources close to the situation say the archive includes unreleased studio sessions from Tupacs Death Row era, handwritten lyrics, and personal recordings that have never been made public. The materials reportedly date back to the mid-1990s when Daz was producing tracks for both Dogg Pound and Death Row Records.

Daz Dillinger, who produced several tracks on Tupacs All Eyez on Me album including the iconic Ambitionz Az a Ridah, had close access to recording sessions during that period. The estate alleges he retained materials that should have been returned after Tupacs death in 1996.

Legal Battle Ahead

The dispute could result in a significant legal fight over ownership rights to one of hip-hops most valuable unreleased catalogs. Tupacs estate has been protective of his legacy in recent years, filing suits against anyone they believe is profiting from his name or work without permission.

Daz has not publicly responded to the allegations as of this report. The situation adds another chapter to the complicated history of Death Row Records and the ownership battles that have followed its artists for decades.
